As part of Verify’s AI Inspection Engine, it leverages the power of machine learning and predictive analytics to automate file preparation tasks behind the scenes, drastically accelerating processing time, rendering, and selections.
The second wave of Graphics Compare 2.0 additions is also here—with features that further automate graphics comparisons for accelerated regulatory, promotional, labeling, and prepress submission workflows.
Finally, additional features and application improvements including upgraded reporting, new keyboard shortcuts, and additional Spell Check languages in Indonesian and Finnish, are also making their way to you with this new release.

AI Prep
- The new QRD Template accelerates compliance for European medicinal packaging by comparing critical components of QRD templates to outer and immediate packaging artwork files.
- The new Shape Selection reduces manual file prep by automatically detecting and cropping to your layer of choice with a single click.
Graphics Compare 2.0
- The ability to compare a one-up to a step and repeat file reduces the need for error-prone manual preparations of repeated content and prepress files, and ensures no errors slip through before going to print.
- The new Difference Card Thumbnails make comparing label revisions and artworks more intuitive by showing visuals of the differences you are viewing.
- Full page graphics flashing makes viewing differences faster and more apparent by flashing back and forth between the differences in the Source and New file.
- Three new Display Settings: Graphics Flashing, Difference Boxes, and Overlay, allowing you to customize the results analysis experience.
- Three new PDF PageBox cropping options make comparisons of PDF prepress files more precise, allowing you to crop exactly to a BleedBox, TrimBox, and ArtBox in just one click.
- Snap to Content eliminates unnecessary white space and tightens crop areas to achieve a more precise inspection.
- Report Improvements give more context and a detailed overview of results as they now include thumbnails for all inspection types, inspection parameter capturing, and results grouped by inspection type.
- Spell Check is now available in Indonesian and Finnish reducing bottlenecks when proofreading content in different languages.
- Keyboard shortcuts allow you to navigate the Difference List more easily by using the following hotkeys:some text
- Use the ↑ and ↓ arrow keys to move up and down the Difference List
- Add a comment by using CMD+M or CTRL+M
- Discard a difference using CMD+D or CTRL+D
- More file types can now be uploaded and inspected in Verify: .png, .jpg, jpeg, and .tiff., eliminating the need for file conversions and manual checks.
- HTML files can be uploaded allowing for inspections of e-labels, digital product inserts, website files, and email files, eliminating the need for file conversions and manual checks.
