As part of GlobalVision’s efforts to increase Information Security, we have obtained the ISO 27001 certificate.
This certification defines the requirements for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). It provides guidance for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an information security management system.
Data Privacy
GlobalVision understands the importance of maintaining GDPR & privacy compliance for our customers. We work hard to ensure that all GDPR and data privacy obligations are met through security features and comprehensive audits of our policies, applications, systems, and networks.

21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11
As part of the 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) sets forward the guidelines for electronic records and signatures. Integrity and security aspects are specified for electronic records and signatures, with the purpose of protecting and promoting public health.
21 CFR Part 11 highlights the creation, maintenance, access and overall handling of electronic records, which are a high priority at GlobalVision as a data-driven company:
- Protected access through either MFA and/or SSO technology,
- Audit Trail storing data about all steps performed in the systems,
- Encrypted storing & transmission of all data,
- Electronic Signatures* & Stamps to mark-up inspection documents.

GAMP 5: Good Automated Manufacturing Practice
GAMP guidance focuses on product quality, and data integrity in the use of GxP computerized systems. It aims to achieve computerized systems that are fit for intended use and meet current regulatory requirements by building upon existing industry good practice in an efficient and effective manner.
