For the past four years, GlobalVision has been recognized as not only a great place to work, but also one of Canada’s Best Workplaces. A testament to our commitment to fostering an exceptional work environment. This year, things are no different.

We are proud to announce that GlobalVision has been recognized as one of the Best Workplaces in Canada for 2025!

What Makes GlobalVision a Great Place to Work?

The Great Place to Work certification recognizes companies that have gone above and beyond to create an outstanding work environment. It works by surveying employees about their experiences and the environment they find themselves in Mondays to Fridays.

The certification is based on employee feedback, evaluating trust, company culture, and overall workplace experience.

This year, our employees have emphasised how they feel safe, welcomed, and respected at work. They’ve expressed their satisfaction with the work environment, the people they work with on a daily basis, and the management team that gives them the freedom to work how and when they see fit.

Some key highlights from our employees include:

  • 94% believe management is honest and ethical
  • 93% say innovation is encouraged
  • 99% find it a psychologically and emotionally healthy workplace
  • 96% would recommend GlobalVision to friends and family as a great place to work

A Culture of Flexibility and Trust

GlobalVision has embraced a remote-first, asynchronous work model that prioritizes flexibility, trust, and work-life balance. Employees appreciate the self-managed time-off policy, autonomy, and the freedom to work in a way that best suits them.

More than just perks, our company culture is built on transparency, open communication, and continuous improvement. All of these factors have played a huge role in creating a safe and inviting environment for all employees.

When implementing changes to workplace culture, our main goal is and always will be to ensure that every team member feels valued and empowered to grow within the company.

Looking Ahead

This recognition is proof that a remote-first, people-first workplace works. It’s a testament to our team, our culture, and our collective drive to build something amazing.

So, here’s to continuing to grow an amazing workplace culture and to one of many Best Workplace certifications!
